We aim to despatch your order in 3 – 5 Days, but please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be processed and despatched. Processing time includes order verification, quality check and packaging. As soon as your parcel is ready to ship, you will be notified and provided with a tracking number to follow your shipment from the start of it’s journey to the finish, however from time to time things happen beyond our control, if there is an issue with your order you will be contacted.

- UK Delivery is charged at £3.99, – UK orders over £50 will be eligible for free delivery.
- European Delivery is Charged at £11.99, – European orders over £100 will be eligible for free delivery.
- USA, Mexico and Canada Delivery is Charged at £29.99 – USA and Canada orders over £125 will be eligible for free delivery
- Australia and New Zealand Delivery is charged at £29.99. – Australia and New Zealand orders over £125 will be eligible for free delivery
- If your region is not listed above, then sadly at this time we do not deliver to your country.

All orders are shipped using a tracked service. We are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. To enable us to investigate any late deliveries we must be notified within 7 days after the expected delivery date. Please ensure you use a safe delivery address at all times. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

There may also be a further charge to send the parcel back out. If a refund is required the return shipping fee will be deducted.

Returns
RETURN & REFUND
If you are not happy with your order we offer a full refund or replacement policy. All we ask is please let us know as soon as possible.
You may return items in a new and unused condition. Items should be returned in the original packaging complete with any labels or tags still attached, if tags have been removed, we may be unable to process a refund. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 30 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items.
If you paid for the order by credit/debit card or PayPal, any payment processing charges will be deducted from your refund.
